How to request a refund

Provide your order number, the name and email used at checkout, the item(s) you want refunded, and the reason for your request.

Attach photos if applicable
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can resolve it quickly.

We'll respond with next steps
We review every request and will reply with an approval decision and return instructions if a return is required.

Required information

Include all of the following in your refund request so we can process it without delay:

Order number
Name used on the order
Email address used at checkout
Item(s) you want refunded
Reason for the refund
Photos of the item and packaging (required if item arrived damaged or incorrect)
Refund requests sent through channels other than the contact form or email may be delayed. Please use extendahand.com/contact-us or email support@extendahand.com.

Returns

Return authorization required If your refund requires a return, we will reply to your request with return instructions, a return address, and any required authorization details. Do not ship items back before receiving these instructions.
Items must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Returns must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.

Refund processing time

Once a refund is approved, it is issued back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider — most refunds post within 5–10 business days after approval. If a return is required, the refund is issued after we receive and inspect the item.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Act quickly — contact us as soon as possible If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, submit a request through the contact form or email support@extendahand.com right away. Include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Prefer an exchange instead of a refund? Submit your request through the contact form or email and note "Exchange Request" in your message. Include your order number and the item you would like instead.
